T.G. Sowerby Developments Limited has handed over the 'Oakfield View' Development of 20 Dwellings to the Guinness Partnership
The development saw the demolition of the former Sunway Infants School and the erection of 3 detached and 6 semi-detached bungalows, along with 3 terraced and 8 semi-detached houses.
Local residents have been extremely complimentary of the development as work has gone on and the client is very happy with the work that has been delivered. Special thanks have been given to the Site Foreman, Steve Lyon, for the work he has put in and the high quality project he has delivered.
