T.G. Sowerby Developments have completed the Construction of the New Co-Op Foodstore Development on Bowbridge Road, Newark - on time and on budget.
The project saw the Construction of the new Co-Op Foodstore and two smaller retail units built alongside.
Our brief was the shells of the buildings only and the site has now been handed over to the shop-fitters.
This project was the first we have delivered for Lincolnshire Co-Op and we are extremely pleased with the way it has gone.
