After one month on site, TG Sowerby Developments' project at St Lawrence's Road in Scunthorpe has progressed extremely well.
The development will see four houses, a mixture of detached and semi-detached, built on a site at St Lawrence's Road, Scunthorpe for ONGO Homes and is scheduled for completion in early 2017.
Site Manager and TG Sowerby Developments Director, Chris Sowerby, said, "After just five weeks on site, we are doing extremely well. We have one property with its first floor on and the walls progressing up to roof height and another which is not far behind. The other two houses are coming out of the ground and we are hopeful that we will soon be reporting similar progress with these. The weather has been extremely kind in the last month, but the progress made is a credit to the bricklayers building this development, who are working extremely hard and turning out the exemplary standard of build that everyone expects from a TG Sowerby Developments project."
