TG Sowerby Developments and ONGO Homes are celebrating after reaching the final three at the LABC Yorkshire and Humber Building Excellence Awards
The project, the regeneration of Hallcroft Close at Haxey, was the only North Lincolnshire property shortlisted in the 'Best Social or Affordable Housing Development' Category and eventually finished as a finalist.
The LABC South Yorkshire and Humber Building Excellence awards recognise the honour the most impressive construction developments and projects in the region, for their outstanding quality work and excellence in both design and construction.
This is the second time Ongo Homes and T G Sowerby Developments LTD have been highly commended in this category. Last year it was for Karen Court off Haig Avenue, Scunthorpe, a housing scheme for people with learning disabilities.
The awards were held at Forest Pines on Thursday 12th May.
