T.G. Sowerby Developments have completed and handed over a 20 House Development, known as "Parkwood Avenue" for Local Provider, Ongo Homes
Construction commenced in Summer 2016 and just over a year’s work saw 20 new houses constructed on the Greenfield Site.
The name for the development, “Parkwood Avenue” was chosen by a pupil from the local Parkwood School, and helps immediately make the homes part of the local area.
Steve Lyon, Site Manager and Director of T.G. Sowerby Developments said, “This has been a very rewarding project and I am very proud of the development which my team has produced. The houses have been built to our usual high standard and all of the feedback we have had has been extremely positive.”
