TG Sowerby Developments have handed over a development of three detached and semi-detached houses at Grange Lane South, Scunthorpe
The project, a development of three houses for Ongo Homes, saw a former car park regenerated to provide high quality housing.
A detached house and a pair of semi-detached houses were built on the site, designed by BSB Architecture, with the project overseen by dba Management as Employer's Agent.
Steve Sowerby, Managing Director, said, "This project highlights the skill, attention and level of service we bring to all the work we undertake. The Small Works Team took on this project; we were given seven months to deliver the project and we completed all the works on time and on budget."
