Owlet Mews, the rural development completed in November 2019 in the village of Blyton, has been nominated for a Building Excellence award
The site was developed by T.G. Sowerby Developments and Ongo Developments working in partnership together.
Fourteen of the properties were built for market sale and the other five were built as part of Ongo's affordably rented stock.
The properties were entered for the LABC East Midlands Building Excellence Awards.
