This project was a small development of two detached and two semi-detached houses for Ongo Homes on an infill site in Scunthorpe.

The development proceeded extremely well and the target handover date of late-January 2017 was comfortably exceeded, with final handover taking place at the start of December 2016 - giving Ongo the opportunity to move in their tenants in time for Christmas.

This project was also the first project completed by T.G. Sowerby Developments' Plumbing and Heating Division, who installed all the Sanitaryware, Radiators and Boilers on the Project.
